Recipe: Beef Tatar

Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 400g beef fillet
  • 50g onions
  • 40g pickles
  • 10g capers
  • 5g anchovies
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 100g ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 30g oil
  • salt
  • black pepper


Cut the onions, pickles, capers and anchovies very small and mix all with the ketchup, the sambal oelek, the worcester shire sauce, the mustard and the table oil. Then spice up with salt, paprika and fresh pepper. Dice the meat very small and stir it with the marinade.
